Gig Capsule Hostel - Ericeira

I absolutely loved the hotel's decoration and general areas. The minimalist and contemporary design created a calming and modern atmosphere. The hotel's accessibility for senior people was fantastic, with easy navigation and spacious areas that were senior-friendly.

The only thing I would ask for a better vacation for senior people is if the children working there could provide more assistance and support for any special needs or requests that us older guests may have.

My wife says that the air conditioning in the capsules wasn't the best, resulting in some discomfort at night due to the heat.

Mind-blowingly clean and tidy place with lovely hostess. Beds are super comfortable with private space curtains. Jaw-droppingly smart showers and spacious lockers. Plus, free fruit, tea, and coffee in the kitchen.

Immaculate hostel with exceptional beds, tidy facilities, and friendly staff. No proper kitchen or common room, but still a laid-back and chill atmosphere. Private studio on the top floor with fully equipped kitchen, comfortable bed, and helpful host offering great local tips. Small hostel concept encourages interaction. Smartly designed showers and spacious lockers.

I chose Gig Capsule for its convenient location near Forte de Nossa Senhora Da Natividade. I was pleasantly surprised by their paid airport shuttle service, and the restaurant, shared kitchen, and luggage storage facilities were a bonus. Free WiFi and a roundtrip airport shuttle ensured a comfortable stay.

Location was perfect, right in the center of town and close to everything. The hostel had a nice terrace where you can relax and enjoy the view. The beds were comfortable and had shelves and outlets, which was convenient.

The policy of taking off shoes at the entrance was awkward, especially if you didn't have indoor shoes. The cleanliness of the storage area for personal belongings was questionable, making it difficult to trust putting our stuff there.

We had a fantastic stay at this hostel. The staff was cute and helpful. The cleanliness of this hotel was excellent. The location was perfect, close to the beach and the main center. The sleep pods offered great privacy and were cozy. The restaurant at the hostel had amazing healthy food. The manager were really good too ensure everyone had a perfect stay.

Friendly and helpful staff, always ready to give recommendations on food and activities. The beds in the capsule design were comfortable and had plenty of storage space. The showers and toilets were modern and spacious.

The kitchen was quite small, making it difficult to cook proper meals. At times, the double bed bunks could get warm and stuffy.

I recently stayed at a hostel in a prime location, just a short walk from the beach and main center. The sleep pods were spacious and cozy, offering great privacy. The manager, Goncalo, went above and beyond to ensure a perfect stay. The restaurant served awesome healthy food. I highly recommend this hostel.

The value for money was great, and the room was clean and modern. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach. The staff were pretty good too make me feel welcome and provided excellent local recommendations.

I had an amazing time at the Gig Capsule hostel in Ericeira. the property was always clean, the hosting staff was extremely helpful, and the atmosphere was very quiet. the beds were very comfortable and the shower head was fantastic. I also loved how close the hostel was to the beach, as well as the night life and general commercial zones. I will definitely be returning to this hostel for my next trip to Ericeira. Cons: Couldn't fault it! 😊.
